The Dynamic Shift: Embracing the Emergent Process in Coaching Through the Arts and Embodiment
Reflective practice on navigating between goal-focused work and the emergent process
Coaching is a dynamic interplay between goal-oriented exploration and the emergent process. Supporting the emergent process requires openness to what unfolds in the here and now, allowing new insights and directions to surface organically. When we incorporate the arts and body-based methods into coaching, we expand our capacity to uncover new and less familiar possibilities.
Through the integration of images, metaphors, and somatic awareness, you will deepen your ability to work with the unfolding nature of the coaching process. While words help cultivate understanding, visual and physical expressions can unlock deeper insights. Embodied awareness enhances self-understanding and relational presence, while images allow layers of meaning to emerge and be explored.
Date: 10 July 2025 (Thursday 9:30 – 4:30h)
Location: The Grand Hotel, York
Cost: £290 – Early Bird by Friday 25 April £250
This training course is taking place in the historic city of York. https://www.visityork.org/ York has good rail links with London (2 hours) and Leeds/Bradford airport (1 hour)

Expand your Coaching Repertoire & your Self Awareness

Coaching your Inner Team
A journey to understand & integrate parts of Self
Several psychological theories believe we are made up of different ‘parts’ which each have their own viewpoints, qualities and voices. Just as each team member in our working world brings different perspectives, strengths and skills to effectively create direction and consensus for our organisations, we want to develop the ‘best’ internal working team.
This workshop focuses on ‘parts’ of self, their internal dialogues, and discovering what aspects of Self emerge, depending on the situation and what is needed. These roles, or subpersonalities may be complimentary or pulling in different directions and need coaching.
On this workshop you will have the opportunity to
- Familiarize yourself with your internal aspects of self: how they developed and their purpose
- Become more aware of their interaction: if they are competing, co-operating or conflicted
- Work towards building a more harmonious, effective and impactful Inner Team
Dates: 18 & 19 Sept 2025 (Thursday 9:30 – 5:00h, Friday 9:30 – 4:00h)
Location: Royal Dublin Society RDS Dublin, Ireland
Cost: €830 Early Bird: €775 by 30 May

“If you want to grow even more as a coach – Jenny and Tsafi are the ones to take you there”
Thank you to everyone who joined our Transforming Narratives workshop in May. It was a deep and enriching experience witnessing the changes people made as they transformed their internal stories over the two days – truly inspiring. It was lovely to meet up with familiar and new participants at the great Royal Dublin Society.
Feedback from Participants
“A wonderful 2 days with a group of dedicated fellow executive coaches. A gentle and safe space with a good amount of challenge. Excellent facilitators.”
“This retreat was thoughtfully paced, allowing participants to slow down, reflect, connect, and deeply explore their inner experiences. For me, it built on the previous May 2024 event, ‘Transforming Narratives: Unleashing Potential by Changing Your Story.’ The methods used over the two days were both reflective and empowering. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking meaningful personal growth”
“Thank you to everyone who attended our September Retreat: Resourcing Ourselves at the Royal Dublin Society – a chance to step back, reflect, replenish, and build resilience. Everyone contributed to the richness of the two days, by creating a safe, trusting space for shifts in awareness and for deep personal work. It’s always amazing how much can happen in such a short time.”
“An impactful experience facilitated by highly experienced thoughtful coaches and leaders who were able to bring along a group of strangers into a psychologically safe and curious environment, not only giving us the opportunity for deeper self discovery but also to enrich our own toolbox of coaching methodologies.
I would highly recommend Jenny and Tsafi’s workshops as a critical resource for your coaching skills and to bring new tools to the table, and support you and your coachees.”

Embodied Coaching method
Creative Expansion Training uses the Embodied Coaching method developed by Tsafi Lederman and Jenny Stacey.
Embodied Coaching focuses on two primary pathways: body process and exploring image and metaphor using the arts. Both these pathways act as a bridge between implicit and explicit knowledge, supporting communication and transformation.
Understanding and being able to use the Embodied Coaching method adds a new dimension and expands your coaching practice .
